Introduction
Chef Life Media LLC dba Chef Life Radio, Chef Life Coaching, The Chef Life Brigade, The StaffApp, BanquetOS, AlaCarteOS, LaunchOS, and VivWell provides synchronous and remote procedures through audio and video communication over the internet, otherwise known as virtual conferencing, in order to continue with our business and activities.
With this method of gathering, we can connect remotely. You do not need to be physically present at a venue; you need to be online and connected regardless of your location.
We use virtual-conference tools provided by the third-party service provider Digital Samba as a medium for meeting virtually. We consider security and safety in the digital realm when working to provide an easy, comfortable, and secure experience.
Collection of information
The third-party service provider will collect some personal information from you. The information collected may vary depending on what the provider needs to validate users' identities. The provider may use analytics tools and tailored advertisements based on users' interests.
Digital Samba collects Internet Protocol information such as the numeric public IP address, browser and referring information, the operating system used, and cookies.
Information collected by the service provider may be stored in United States data centers and is subject to applicable United States and European data-protection laws.
Recording
Chef Life Media LLC dba Chef Life Radio, Chef Life Coaching, The Chef Life Brigade, The StaffApp, BanquetOS, AlaCarteOS, LaunchOS, and VivWell, as host, may limit participant activity such as participant recording. The host may record conference audio and/or video. Recorded data will be kept in the host's secured storage drive or cloud-storage account.
Consent
By attending a virtual conference, you consent to using Digital Samba, a third-party video-conference service, for virtual participation.
You further consent to the virtual-conference service provider acquiring your personal information and storing that information in data centers located in the United States.
